Our director Mr. Saurabh Lawate has been working in this field for the past 15 years & has executed over 70 Projects mainly

• Oil Mill for Ground Nut, Mustard and Sunflower.
• Solvent Extraction Plant supplied on turnkey basis ranging from 150 TPD to 1500 TPD based on Ground Nut, Soyabean, Rice Bran, Mustard castor and Sunflower Cake.
• Vegetable Oil Refineries supplied on turnkey basis ranging from 20 TPD to 500 TPD based on Rice Bran Oil, Sunflower Oil, Mustard Oil, Castor and Soya bean Oil
• Biodiesel Plant of 20 TPD Capacity based on Jatropha Seed Solvent Extraction Plant for Extraction of Wax from Sugarcane Press mud of 50 TPD Capacity.

BASIC ENGINEERING

We have a team of experienced process engineers capable of carrying out basic design of process plants from pilot plant level by close interaction with the technologists involved in process development. Basic engineering would include development of P & I Diagrams, equipment sizing, optimization and preparation of operating manuals. Particular mention must be made of the processes developed by us in the field of Vegetable Oil Industries.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We use modern techniques in project management to ensure timely and speedy execution of the projects. Our Directors who are experienced in projects implementation provide leadership and are closely associated with the co-ordination of individual projects, duly assisted by a highly motivated team of Engineers.

Computers are used in engineering calculations, analysis,design and drafting. Our CAD capability includes :

• Mechanical design, preparation of data sheets and G.A. drawings for vessels, reactors and heat exchanger.
• Isometric drawings including MTO for piping.
• P & I diagrams and electrical single line diagrams.
• Standard specification sheets for various works including tenders and contracts.
• Stress analysis.
